Combination of Avocado and Kulfi gives a tasty cooling dessert for the summer months

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can heavy cream
  • 3 slices of white bread (no sides)
  • 1 can whipping cream
  • 100 gms softened cottage cheese (paneer)
  • nuts (optional)
  • 5 fully ripe avocado pulp

  • In a bowl, whip the cream till soft peaks are formed
  • Add whipped cream, condensed milk, evaporated milk, heavy cream, bread and avocado pulp to the blend and blend a few times
  • Add the cottage cheese (paneer) and blend a few times
  • This mixture does not have to be very smooth
  • Slowly fold in the whipped cream and add the nuts and freeze it for a few hours before serving
