Ingredients
- 6-7 green chilies
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
- 1-2 lemon grass
- 5-6 lemon leaves
- 1tbsp lemon rind
- ½ cup coriander, chopped
- ½ cup basil
- 10-12 black peppercorns
- 1tbsp lemon juice
- 1tbsp coriander seeds
- 1tsp cumin seeds
- salt to taste
- water (optional)
Directions
- Put all of the above ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly.
- Add the water, 1tbsp at a time if required, during blending.
