Ingredients

  • 6-7 green chilies
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
  • 1-2 lemon grass
  • 5-6 lemon leaves
  • 1tbsp lemon rind
  • ½ cup coriander, chopped
  • ½ cup basil
  • 10-12 black peppercorns
  • 1tbsp lemon juice
  • 1tbsp coriander seeds
  • 1tsp cumin seeds
  • salt to taste
  • water (optional)

Directions

  • Put all of the above ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly.
  • Add the water, 1tbsp at a time if required, during blending.
