Chicken Shawarma
Middle Eastern Grilled chicken
- 300g - chicken thighs
- 1- tbsp lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp curry powder or allspice
- 1 tbsp- olive oil
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp ground cumin
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2- green cardamom crushed
- Slice the chicken in 1 inch pieces.
- Marinate the chicken with the marinate ingredients. Marinate for 4-8 hours
- Heat a pan cook the chicken and serve with tahini sauce
