  • 300g - chicken thighs
  • 1- tbsp lemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp curry powder or allspice
  • 1 tbsp- olive oil
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 1/3 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2- green cardamom crushed

  • Slice the chicken in 1 inch pieces.
  • Marinate the chicken with the marinate ingredients. Marinate for 4-8 hours
  • Heat a pan cook the chicken and serve with tahini sauce
