Monk Fruit sweetend besan ladoo for all to enjoy

Approx 12 to 15 ladoos

  • Besan 200g
  • Sooji 40g
  • Monk Fruit Sweetener or any other sugar alternative 210g
  • Ghee 100g
  • Cardamom powder 2 tsp
  • Roasted cashewnuts and almonds 3 tbsp

  • Melt ghee in a sauce pan, add Besan and Roast Besan till aromatic (20-25 mins on low flame)
  • Let it cool down to room temperature
  • Add cardamom powder and the roasted along with the sweetener of your choice
  • Shape into round balls and serve
  • They can be stored in an air tight container for upto a month
