Vegeterian wholesome nutritious bread with banana

  • 2 2⁄3 cups all purpose flour
  • 1½ cups granulated sugar
  • 1½ tsp baking soda,1½ cups water
  • hot,1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • ¼ cup canola oil

  • Peel and mash the bananas and set aside.
  • To a bowl, add the flour.
  • To that, add the sugar.
  • Next, add the baking soda.
  • And mix everything together.
  • Heat the water.
  • To that, add the oil.
  • Then, add the vanilla. And mix everything in.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.
  • And mix everything together. Finally, add the mashed bananas.
  • And give the batter one final mix. Brush a bread pan with some oil and dust it with flour.
  • Add the bread batter to it.
  • And even out the top.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes, or till the bread has been cooked through.
  • Serve fresh.This bread will stay fresh in an air tight container for up to 3 days at room temperature and up to a week when refrigerated.
