Paan Shots
Easy to make after dinner appetizer
- 20-25 paan leaves
- 1 cup cashewnut (soaked in 2 cups of milk)
- ½ cup gulkand
- 1-1.5 tsp saunf soaked(optional)
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- Take all the ingredients and grind them together in a mixer for 10 mins
- You can add little more milk if needed according to thickness needed
- Grind and blend the ingredients until you get a smooth consistency
- Pour in individual shot glasses and serve
