  • 20-25 paan leaves
  • 1 cup cashewnut (soaked in 2 cups of milk)
  • ½ cup gulkand
  • 1-1.5 tsp saunf soaked(optional)
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream

  • Take all the ingredients and grind them together in a mixer for 10 mins
  • You can add little more milk if needed according to thickness needed
  • Grind and blend the ingredients until you get a smooth consistency
  • Pour in individual shot glasses and serve
