Paneer tikka coated with the massaman curry paste and grilled to perfection

Ingredients

  • 20-25 Medium size paneer cubes
  • 3-4 tbsp massaman curry paste
  • 4 tbsp cashew paste
  • 2 tbsp thickened cream
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • salt to taste.

Method

  • Add the curry paste, cashew paste, cream and corn flour to a bowl and mix well
  • Add the paneer cubes and marinate them well
  • Let them marinate for 1 hr
  • Put the marinate paneer cubes on skewers alternating them with green capsicum and onion
  • Grill them on a pan lightly greased with oil
  • Serve with onions and lemons
