Steamed Sandesh
A super delicious Bengali dessert, Sandesh is a luscious milk based dish filled with the goodness of dry fruits.
- 150 g paneer
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g condensed milk
- ½ tsp cardamom powder
- Slivered almonds for garnish
- Mix sugar, paneer and condensed milk in a blender and blend until smooth
- Pour in a greased container
- Garnish with cardamom powder
- Cover the dish with aluminium foil and pressure cook for 15 mins
- Once cooled down, refrigerate for at least 1 hr before cutting
- Serve with slivered almonds on top
