A super delicious Bengali dessert, Sandesh is a luscious milk based dish filled with the goodness of dry fruits.

  • 150 g paneer
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g condensed milk
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • Slivered almonds for garnish

  • Mix sugar, paneer and condensed milk in a blender and blend until smooth
  • Pour in a greased container
  • Garnish with cardamom powder
  • Cover the dish with aluminium foil and pressure cook for 15 mins
  • Once cooled down, refrigerate for at least 1 hr before cutting
  • Serve with slivered almonds on top
